1. Playing the game

You must be at least 18 years old to play. By connecting your wallet and entering the game, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

Your Solana wallet is your account. Keep it safe. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is not us.

3. Fair play

No automated play, scripts, cheats, exploits, or multiple accounts to farm rewards. We may freeze or remove accounts that break these rules, and any rewards they earned.

4. Payments

The entry fee and in-game purchases (like Gems) are final and not refundable. Gems and in-game items have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.

5. Tokens and rewards

Any token linked to Stone Clans is not an investment. Its price can go up or down, or to zero. Rewards, limits, and rules may change to keep the game fair and healthy. Rewards for play (CLANS and SOL) are paid only from the public Pot and Prize wallets, only to accounts that meet the rules on the Rewards page, and may be held or paused to keep the game fair.

6. Changes and availability

The game is still growing. Features, balance, and these terms may change. We try to keep the game online but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is". We are not responsible for losses caused by your wallet, blockchain issues, third-party services, or things outside our control.
